Returns
Unused, undamaged physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds & Disputes
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned goods are inspected. If something arrives damaged, contact us with photos within 7 days so we can resolve it before a dispute is needed.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Limited, commissioned, customized, consumable, or used goods may be final sale once work or shipment has started.
